Shipping Policy
Shipping Worldwide / Free shipping in Thailand with the purchase up to 2,500 baht. In case of purchase is not over 2,500 baht, shipping fee will be applied.
All orders received on Monday through Friday, are shipped within 2 business days of credit authorization, address verification and processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending.

Domestic Shipping Services
Cartel currently offers registered delivery and EMS delivery for orders delivered in Thailand. Free nationwide shipping applies to all orders of ฿2,000 or more automatically at checkout. Shipping rate is calculated from merchandise subtotal (less discounts, if applicable). Valid on only one shipping address per order.

International Shipping Services
– Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within 10-15 business days of orders being placed. Occasionally, during large promotional events, and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. If you have not received your delivery in 15 business days, please contact us.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Thailand. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.
Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by local postal service so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Larger orders will be delivered by courier. The courier may leave your order with a neighbor. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice and may be left by the courier service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. A signature may be required for larger deliveries. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.
