Exchange and Return policy
Customers must check the conditions of the product as soon as the product is received. If customer’s product is inspected to be defective, please follow the replacement policies stated below
Product replacement can be submitted if :
- Details, descriptions or pictures of the delivered product are not as claimed or displayed on the website.
A mistake is made by the company by delivering the different product from the one that costumer selected (including color and pattern). However, the warranty does not cover the difference of color between the actual product and the image appeared on the screen due to the different computer setting
All returns can be made. If the product is inspected to be defective including the breakage of the product, etc. However, a return claim must be submitted via E-mail at email@example.com within 2 days of operation (from the day the product is received). If the return day expires, the company reserves the right to the explanation and decision of replacement.
For buyers in Thailand items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving. Return shipping is free inside the Thailand
For International buyers items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchased. Returned items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded for the original purchase price. Items must be in unused condition.

If an item is faulty wrongly described or different from the purchase confirmation, we will exchange it, and deliver a new item to you with free of change.
In case of return or cancel an order (Under the company’s policy), the items must be in the ready-to-sell condition. (Ready-to-sell condition means the condition of the items has not changed or damaged. Price tags, OCPB tags, and brand tags has to remain in the package of that items in the same condition the company delivers to the customers)
- In case of customers would like to exchange the items such as changing color, customers are responsible for the delivery charge and the items must be unchanged or undamaged. Price tags, OCPB tags, and brand tags has to remain in the package of the items in the same condition that company deliver to the customers. Company will inspect the items before delivering the new items to the customers. In case of delivery by post, there will be actual postal charge.
- For sale items, our company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
- Pay by credits card and Paypal
- If you make a cancellation before packing, our company will refund the amount into your credit card account within the next working day.
- In case of returning the item after having been received, our company will refund the amount into your credit card account within 14 working days after we have checked and confirmed the return.
- Pay by other payment methods
- For the Purchases under 3000 bath, our company will transfer the Amount into your bank account within 3 working days-off checking and confirming the return.
- For the purchases over 3000 bath, our company will transfer the amount into your bank account within 5 working day’s of checking and confirming the return.
